Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days and costs $8.95, or is free on orders over $75. Expedited shipping (2 business days) is $14.95. Overnight shipping (1 business day) is $24.95. Processing time is 1–2 business days before shipment.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Email support@karmandian.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for your first return on any order. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@karmandian.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge and cover all return shipping costs for defective items.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@karmandian.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return upon delivery.
We accept all major payment methods through PayPal's secure checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal balance, and PayPal Credit. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and we never store your card information.
