Return Policy — Karmandian Clothing

We want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of damage, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Accessories such as scarves, belts, and hats (for hygiene reasons)
Return Process
- Email support@karmandian.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible.
- Drop off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location using the prepaid label (first return per order is free).
- Receive your refund within 3–5 business days of our receipt of the return.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a free return shipping label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Email us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
